Eligibility for Refunds
Sabsey Sasto offers refunds for items returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at sssabseysasto@gmail.com
with your order details and proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. No additional refund processing fees will be charged.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized products, perishable goods (such as food or flowers), unsealed hygiene items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds
Items returned in less-than-original condition may qualify for a partial refund after inspection.
